Michael J. Henry graduated with honors with his Bachelor of Arts Degree from North Texas State University in 1977, and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1981.
He is licensed to practice in all Texas State Courts as well as the Federal District Courts in the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern District Courts. He is licensed to practice before the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
