Premises Liability
Premises Liability law controls the relationship between the owner, occupier, or one in control of a premises and those occupying it and the responsibility for those injured on the property.

The concept may be as simple as someone who is injured while visiting a supermarket or as complex as an oil and gas injury or construction injury wherein there are many entities on the site with contractually determined and statutorily determined liability.
