Breach of Contract Litigation
Very simply, a Contract is an Agreement between parties to perform certain obligations. It is central to a Breach of Contract lawsuit that one party alleges that one or more of the other parties failed to fulfill their obligations under the Contract that results in damages to the innocent party.

Breach of Contract Litigation ranges from disputes regarding the sale of a few hundred dollars worth of goods to multi-million dollar business transactions. Henry has handled Contract cases involving the sale of goods, businesses, and employment contracts. Any litigation involving oil and gas leases, operating agreements, and drilling contracts necessarily involves tenants of contract law.

Interestingly, in Texas, in many cases, the prevailing party may recover reasonable and necessary attorney's fees if they prevail.
